I didn't upgrade to IE10 until the final release and have had no problems.
But I did read about problems related mainly to laptops running Intel
and AMD hybrid graphics adapters. Microsoft had put out a prepping
update for IE10 but the problem is that these adapters need a driver
update from the manufacturers.
Of course I have no idea if this has anything to do with your problems.
But just thought I'd mention it.

Experiencing the exact same issues. No issues existed prior to the final

Subject: WE 8.1 and IE 10
Running WE 8.1 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine and the final release of IE 10.
While running WE 8 and the pre-release of IE 10 I experienced no losses of
speech while browsing with IE 10.
Now with WE 8.1 and the final release of IE 10 I experience several losses
of speech requiring a reboot on a daily basis. Anyone else having this
problem? Had great hopes that the new release of WE and IE would have
resolved such issues. No one web site is causing the problem.
