Hi Steve,

I have just enabled the "message Virtualisation"  feature as recommended.

Before I did so, I was able to <back><tab> when at the top of an e-mail to
get to the Subject, CC, To and From fields. Now, all I get is a message
telling me that there is no link available, I guess this is natural as I am
in my browser. Again, beforehand, because I was in my browser I was able to
switch back to the e-mail message and navigate there to the fields I was
interested in. 

How is this achieved with this feature please?

Mike,

For the best reading experience, we recommend enabling message 
virtualization (which will let you read emails in Browse Mode). To do this:

1.  Open Outlook.
2.  Open the Window-Eyes control panel.
3.  Go to Apps/Outlook Enhance/Add-in Settings, and press Enter on 
"Enable message virtualization."

If you are prompted to download missing Office components, go ahead and 
do that. If you see nothing regarding missing components, then you can 
now go back to Outlook and read messages as you could in Outlook 2003 
and earlier.
