Hi Steve, I have just enabled the "message Virtualisation" feature as recommended.
Before I did so, I was able to <back><tab> when at the top of an e-mail to get to the Subject, CC, To and From fields. Now, all I get is a message telling me that there is no link available, I guess this is natural as I am in my browser. Again, beforehand, because I was in my browser I was able to switch back to the e-mail message and navigate there to the fields I was interested in. How is this achieved with this feature please?
