Yes, it works well. There are hot keys that will move you to the
next/prior revision. (I think alt+left/right bracket.)
As far as the comment feature, I've found it to be kind of a pain. It'll
tell you that a particular line has a comment, but it won't actually
read it until you cursor to the exact text being commented upon. Also,
if you try to create a comment of your own or modify an existing
comment, weird things happen. It gets very bogged down and doesn't read
properly.
Has anyone worked with comments successfully?

maybe not, but it's long and people have comments that they could put
into the text I suppose. but what does we do with track changes?
