Yes, it works well. There are hot keys that will move you to the next/prior revision. (I think alt+left/right bracket.) As far as the comment feature, I've found it to be kind of a pain. It'll tell you that a particular line has a comment, but it won't actually read it until you cursor to the exact text being commented upon. Also, if you try to create a comment of your own or modify an existing comment, weird things happen. It gets very bogged down and doesn't read properly.
Has anyone worked with comments successfully?
