arrow down to import and enter
arrow down to address book and enter
now arrow down to your previous mail client or text csv choice and
enter and follow the prompts.

Thanks Manny but I got all my email addresses in my address book, but I
do not know how to forward to several addresses from my address book.
The best I have been able to figure out is one at a time. I know there
is a trick to getting multiple recipients but I have not learned how.
