Hi. My XP computer is having issues, so I bought a Windows 7 machine. I brought it home today and tried to install my Window-Eyes 8.0. It told me it was an upgrade, so I installed WE 7.5. It failed--first it said one of the files was missing, then it had an exception error. Where do I go from here? I can't use it without a screen reader.
I thought I'd use NVDA as a second choice, but Microsoft's security won't let me download it. I really need to use this computer for work. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
