Hi Gayle,

Microsoft word 2003, 2007, or 2010 is very easy to use to address standard business envelopes!

My advise to make it easy to use is get rid of vista, either upgrade to windows 7 or down grade to xp.
Vista was a memory hog and full of buggs!

Also upgrade to window-eyes 8.1 wil help too.

but in word just press the ALT key plus the letter T, then press the letter E twice and you are put in to the field of mailing too. just enter or paster or high light the address from your document, then tab to return address and put your own address in that field. Tab once more to print and press enter key and the first time word wil ask you if you want this return address to be your perminant return address, answer yes if you want that option.

Put your business envelope in your printer, either face up or face down depending on the brand of printer and you have successfully printed a envelope with return address and mailing to address.

Hi, I have Windows Vista, WE 7.2 and am using MS word 2010. However, Whenever I'm trying to make up an envelope, Everything speaks o.k., However, Whenever I get ready to print the envelope, Everything locks up and I need to reboot. Is there a program that would be accessible with WE 7.2, but would be easier to use? Any assistance is appreciated. tThanks much in advance. Gayle
