Hi, I am not able to read my Outlook email messages with my arrow keys at all unless I use the control plus right or left arrow keys to read word by word. I cannot edit them when composing nor can I check out the spelling of a word by using just the arrow keys by themselves. This includes up or down and left or right arrow keys. Using the default layout on my laptop has worked great for me till now. I know there's a weird setting somewhere but even trying the repair of Office 2010 did not change the appearance of "control character". Now, I can't even read character by character. Help, please!!
