David,
You likely have "show all" setting enabled which displays spaces, new
lines, paragraph breaks, etc. To turn it off from within Word, press
Control-Shift-8.

Hi All,
When I am in MS Word 2010 and cursor through a document, I hear bullet
when I cursor over a space between words. This is every space says
bullet. Then at the end of the sentence or on a blank line it says
paragraph. Is this a Word or a Win-Eyes setting?
