Hi Jed,
Try
alt h
press r
to restart firefox in sage mode
In the next window tab to safe mode and enter
Now if firefox does not crash,
then you know that one of your addons is the culprit!
Now enable each of your addons one at a time and use it for a while
until you identify which one is the culprit and just disable it.
