I am not familiar with this website. However, I have had similar problems with the Vanguard website. In this case, I can read the page just fine and can log in. However, when I interact with the website, such as selecting statements to review, requesting forms, or changing mailing preferences, for example, these actions cannot be taken. Following research of the issues further, I do not believe the issues are Window-Eyes related, but rather are related to website design. The people at Vanguard indicated to me that it may take six months or more to resolve these issues. In the meantime, I had to ask them to set my mailing preferences back to postal mail for now. In my case, the web site was working perfectly 2 years ago when I began to encounter problems. Now,it is unusable. Apparently,the methods the financial industry is using to update their websites haven't been tested for accessibility concerns.

I followed your suggested line of thought regarding meta refresh and found my entry to be "on" for refreshing. I had a long chat with a helpful Chase software support person this morning.. I told him that less than 2 weeks ago I had no issues. With my phone on speaker and WE 8.1 speaking I pointed out that the log in screen was no problem. Hitting the Log In button browse mode was no longer available. Moving by use of the Tab key took 30 seconds or more. Had to use the IE Find command to get anywhere. Got to the Download page but could not get to the combo box which lists the download formats (I require Intuit webconnect).

The contact said it must be an IE problem as Firefox seems to work. I reminded him that IE10 worked less than 2 weeks ago. I asked which ff iteration worked as it appears that any latest version is only weeks away.

I passed on the GWMicro web address and phone number. I was told that he could not call out. I asked what he did during his lunch hour ... He is aware that others are having problems.

Thanks for your suggestion, though!

Mike

I once solved a Bank of America
accessibility problem by re-enabling
meta-refresh under "Tools -> Options -> Security ->
Customize ->
Miscellaneous." I doubt that this will help in the
present situation,
but I'm just grasping at straws.
