Hello Guys, Anyone ever had/came upon this problem? I have a friend's computer, he ask me to look at. and it always freezes when it goes to certain websites, both in internet explorer and Firefox. It is running window vista. Interestingly, when I try to upgrade, it never let me in the upgrading site, including Microsoft. Think it is a virus? Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.
