Hi Gary,
I would open your email program and look for import contacts and follow the prompts.

If you use windows mail, which I don't use, I guess you can
copy and paste your contacts into your user contacts folder by
pressing window key plus the leer e
highlight your c drive and enter
press u and enter on users
arrow down to your computer name and enter
press c and  comfirm that the contacts folder exist,
then just press control v to paste .
