I find reading Outlook 2010 email a bit ugly sometimes. I would suggest using the Outlook app and press alt+0 to read the message in the browser. Personally I find this to be much cleaner and easier to find text in especially large messages.
If you don't have the app installed, there are keyboard shortcuts to view the message in the browser, but I don't know what they are off the top of my nut.
