Hi John,

The first thing you want to do is make sure that all revisions are shown in
balloons. You can enable this option by doing the following:

1. Press Alt-R to activate the Review Tab on the ribbon

2. Press T followed by M to display the Show Markup menu options

3. Press B to open the Balloons pull down

4. Press Enter to check "Show Revisions in Balloons" and you will be
placed back in your document

You can navigate directly to the next revision in the document by pressing
Alt-Right Bracket or the previous revision with Alt-Left Bracket. You can
also use the Page Navigation dialog (Insert-Tab) get a list of both
revisions and comments found in the current document. The page navigation
dialog includes a Focus Item button that you can use to navigate to the
selected comment or revision. By default, Window-Eyes will not speak these
items when reading by line or using Read To End. You can turn the
announcement of revisions on by going to Verbosity, Word, Revisions settings
in the Window-Eyes control panel.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Best Regards,

Marc Solomon
