The first thing you want to do is make sure that all revisions are shown in balloons. You can enable this option by doing the following: 1. Press Alt-R to activate the Review Tab on the ribbon 2. Press T followed by M to display the Show Markup menu options 3. Press B to open the Balloons pull down 4. Press Enter to check "Show Revisions in Balloons" and you will be placed back in your document You can navigate directly to the next revision in the document by pressing Alt-Right Bracket or the previous revision with Alt-Left Bracket. You can also use the Page Navigation dialog (Insert-Tab) get a list of both revisions and comments found in the current document. The page navigation dialog includes a Focus Item button that you can use to navigate to the selected comment or revision. By default, Window-Eyes will not speak these items when reading by line or using Read To End. You can turn the announcement of revisions on by going to Verbosity, Word, Revisions settings in the Window-Eyes control panel. I hope you find this information helpful.
