Hi Everyone and GW Micro Staff,
I have been using Window-Eyes since before it's first release.
I have and always will recommend Window-Eyes over any other screen
reader for many reasons.
Now, I'm about to tell you something. <smile>
So far, no lockups in WordPad. I actually had 2 documents open at one
time and Window-Eyes did not freeze.
Yesterday evening I made my very first purchase, totally with
Window-Eyes and without having to use another screen reader to
complete the purchase transaction online. <smile>
Every single field was red. Every single combo box was red, and the
purchase transaction at christianaudio.com went very smoothly with
only one screen reader, Window-Eyes.
<smile>
There was one little problem after that transaction. I could not
download the audio books which I purchased, using Window-Eyes.
I had to use another screen reader to download the books I purchased.
I'm using IE9 with the latest version of Window-Eyes.
When I hit enter on the "All", link, to select inside of that one the
mp3.zip link to download, nothing happened. I tried redrawing the
screen. I did not refresh the screen with the f5, as I didn't want to
loose my information.
I even tried to do this within the link of my invoice that was sent
to me, but no success. I had to load another screen reader to perform
this transaction of downloading my audio books.
This was the only problem that I have experienced with the loving
Window-Eyes 8.2.
I'm very impressed.
Thanks to you all at GW Micro for an excellent Window-Eyes 8.2. It's
totally Loving! <smile>
Keep up the excellent work.
Thanks much.
Blessings,
Pat Ferguson
