Please reply to me directly with your serial number, and we will
investigate your CD problem. If the disk is defective, we will replace
it at no cost to you.
We have heard mixed reports about accessing MSN contacts after you have
merged them into your Skype account with GWConnect. I don't have a
solution at the moment, but we are waiting on official word from Skype
as to how Skypekit-based software (such as Connect) can be altered to
handle the merge. If nothing else, you should be able to access all
contacts either under the view menu or in the view/custom group pull-down.

The other problem is that a friend installed or rather combined messenger
and skype. For some reason it mess up her gw connect. She did manage to get
into it but had no contacts. Now it won't even allow her to log in.
