Using WindowEyes8.2 and Windows7, it seems the mouse no longer
functions the way it did before the upgrade. When I hit
Insert+numbpadPlus, I am unable to browse the page with the mouse as
I use to. It either keeps saying blank, or just dings. What must I
do to correct this?
