In order to skip needing to install both the 8.0 CD and 8.2 upgrade, I
ordered the full 8.2 CD which just came to day. After removing and
installing WE 8.2, I no longer have the problem of desktop icons no
longer being spoken after shutting down and restarting Window-eyes.
