Hello Shannon,
I just tried this using Window-Eyes 8.2 in Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 computer. I was able to successfully reach the Account Settings dialog to select my email account and then activate the Change button to bring up the Change Account dialog which is used to adjust your account and server settings. Here are the steps: 1. Press Alt-F to activate the File Tab 2. Tab three times to navigate to Account Settings 3. Press Enter to open the Account Settings Context Menu 4. Press CTRL-SHIFT-S to verify you are on the Account Settings dialog menu item and press Enter 5. In the Account Settings dialog, Tab until you reach the list of accounts and make sure the account you want to edit is selected 6. Shift-Tab until you reach the Change dialog button and press Enter to activate the button 7. Make any necessary changes in the Change Account dialog. Note: activate the More Settings button to get to the dialog that contains your advanced settings I hope you find this information helpful. Thanks, Marc Solomon GW Micro, Inc. It appears that I have the same problem. I need to get into that area to uncheck a check box that is storing a copy of mail in my sent items resulting in duplication. I can't get past the part that says that account settings is a list drop down. Nothing is spoken and I can't figure out what is wrong. If the person who also was having this problem figured out the answer would you send me the fix. How do you activate a list drop down? Thanks Shannon If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
