This error message is being generated by the Window-Eyes app IEEnhance. So, yes, it is coming from an app GW Micro created. Reviewing the details of the error lead me to believe that the error occurred when you were working in Outlook Express. In most cases, just restarting the app will flush out the problem if it was an intermittent timing issue. This could be accomplished using the Window-Eyes App Manager or just by restarting the program that is associated with the app, which in this case is probably Outlook Express. If you can consistently duplicate this error by completing a specific series of steps, please contact GW Micro support by phone or email so we can investigate further.
