Hi Roy,

This error message is being generated by the Window-Eyes app IEEnhance. So,
yes, it is coming from an app GW Micro created. Reviewing the details of
the error lead me to believe that the error occurred when you were working
in Outlook Express. In most cases, just restarting the app will flush out
the problem if it was an intermittent timing issue. This could be
accomplished using the Window-Eyes App Manager or just by restarting the
program that is associated with the app, which in this case is probably
Outlook Express. If you can consistently duplicate this error by completing
a specific series of steps, please contact GW Micro support by phone or
email so we can investigate further.

Thanks,

Marc Solomon
