I wonder if someone can explain something about set files. If you have more than one program open, say Internet Explorer, Outlook and Word, because you may be doing some work in all three and don't want to keep closing them, which set file is open? I was noticing last night that when I was working in Word it performed rather differently, and as I had IE open as well, I wondered if it was anything to do with that. Can Window-Eyes open several set files at the same time? It really ought to be able to, so that each program works ok.
