To disable it, press Alt-V, P, P, down-arrow to Off, and press Enter. Once disabled, you should be able to use Outlook Enhance again. Today, when I opened Outlook, it opened like a web page with links. I went to my list of emails with the Window-eyes command, which is Control-1. That takes me back to my list of messages. However, when I try to close a message with the escape key, the same happens – I get a number of links which I can use to perform certain tasks on that particular message.
