Thanks, but I have had that turned off for a long time. There must be another
way this can happen.

Larry,

The update does have an unintended side effect of putting you into browse mode
if the people pane is open. To disable it, press Alt-V, P, P, down-arrow to
Off, and press Enter. Once disabled, you should be able to use Outlook Enhance
again.

Regards,
Steve

I believe the latest version of Outlook Enhanced is the problem. It certainly
is on my system. After upgrading it every time I would switch back to the
inbox from any other task Browse mode would be activated and I would not be
focused on the message list anymore. I have disabled Outlook Enhance
completely. Is there any way I might roll back a couple of version?

I’m finding the app increasingly less reliable. Virtual view doesn’t render
many messages correctly, including those from Facebook and Google Voice. Even
before the latest upgrade it seems something in the Contact list has been
broken as I can’t get details anymore. The dialog is blank.

Yes, I do have the latest version. Still, Outlook acts strangely.

Hello list,

I run Windows 7 64 bit, Office 2010. Today, when I opened Outlook, it opened
like a web page with links. I went to my list of emails with the Window-eyes
command, which is Control-1. That takes me back to my list of messages.
However, when I try to close a message with the escape key, the same happens –
I get a number of links which I can use to perform certain tasks on that
particular message. The escape key no longer takes me back to my list of
messages.

Any advice please?

Regards

Morné
