Under the File Menu alt+F go to New then look for Folder and press the
enter key.

Type the name of the folder then tab to where to put it box. use your
arrow keys to navigate where you want to put the folder.

To move messages to it, press alt+shift+V from the inbox when you have
the message you want to move highlighted. Then arrow through the folder
structure and press the enter key on the folder where you want to move
the message.
