Max,
Make sure your Outlook people pane is disabled. To do this, navigate to
your inbox and press Alt-V, P, P, O.

I litterally couldn't get to Sent Mail yesterday, just getting a kind of
empty Web page. My WinEyes guru says to try F6; the picture improved
slightly, but there was some search routine that kept coming up. I'm no
fan of Outlook, but this is crazy.
P.S.: As one who was absent from this list for a while, really like
the format of the digest now!
