Well, I can understand the browser issue, somewhat. But not allowing you
to upgrade Window-Eyes is inexcusable.
It amazes me how totally dependent we are on computers today and yet so
many businesses, municipalities, and government agencies don't want to
spend any money on supporting, maintaining, and managing the networks
they've spent a fortune on that can shut them down in a heartbeat.
But it's been that way since day one of the computer revolution; big
purchasing budgets but next to nothing on training, support, and
maintenance.

You cannot navigate a web page with the mouse in IE9 or 10. If you need that
functionality you have to use Firefox. Get version 19 instead of the latest 20
because the latest introduced some problems.

This is the same issue that existed with IE 9. Don’t use Firefox, so
don’t know if the problem exists with it.
