Hi Morne,

All products have a problem (or two) at various times, and if you go look at
a competators product it doesn't usually have that particular problem (if
you use it enough though you'll find it has its own problems). This is
thinking that the grass is always greener somewhere else.

GW just released 8.2 (a free release which solves many problems) and they
will continue to do that. So, whatever problem you are having now is likely
to be gone in the future. In addition, you can pick up the phone or email,
and you'll get immediate help with your issues.

I'm not saying you don't have problems, just that it's human nature to
assume someone else doesn't, and to forget about everything which is good or
working right for your current situation.

If you do have a problem, email GW support about it; it's likely they'll be
able to find a way to help you with it, but if they can't, they'll at least
know about it so that they can fix it.

Good luck,

Chip

Subject: Deteriorating of WE

Hello list.

I just read an email that someone sent to this list. He mentioned some
issues, like the crashing of FF, etc. He mentioned that he do not have
problems when he uses NVDA.

I am going to be honest. I also started to play around to play around with
NVDA. WE has to stand back. You can even use the mouse with the Shark and
NVDA.

My question is - what is the future of our beloved WE?

Regards
