Hello Paulette,
In Window-Eyes, go to Verbosity/Browse Mode/Miscellaneous, and set
"speak graphics with no alternative text " to "yes." Then, return to
your page, and with luck you should see the graphic. If you do, press
Insert-Numpad-Plus to move your mouse to it followed by Numpad-Slash to
execute a left click. Finally, you might have to refresh your Browse
Mode buffer in order to see the updated information. To do this, press
Insert-Backslash.
