Good morning. Use this link. (http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/) Choose 19.2 which is a directory. You'll be taken to another directory where you would choose win32. In that directory choose your language, so for example English US is the choice for United States English. Good luck.
