try redefining the read to end keys. i have been useing shift control enter for the last 12 years. the reply to all command is the same keys that w e uses for read to end. they are in conflict. many times i would use the reply to all and w e would start reading the message instead of opening the message to reply to it. or it would not respond to the reply to all cammand at all.
