At the moment, I am on 7 support lists, and ALL are in fact monitored
by staff. And all of these lists are set up so replies go to the list.
When traffic goes off track, at least one list clamps down on the
offender(s). Some of the others are a little more tolerant. Just a little.
What may help this list is to change its name to Window Eyes.

Info list is monitored by staff. many other lists out there are not monitored
by staff from the product they appear to be supporting. In my mind this is a
good reason to do whatever possible to keep traffic relevant, on topic and not
go off on tangents that may not add any value to their products.
