I installed version 19 over version 20 and changed the update options
before the program could update.

I would suspect that 19.2 was installed, but it updated itself to 20.

Subject: firefox 19.02
Over the weekend I removed firefox 20.1 from my system due to all the
crashes I'd get every day. Then I installed firefox stub 19.02.exe and
after it installed, I went to firefox help, then to about and was
surprised to find out 20.1 was installed again. Before I removed it the
first time, I went into FX options, to updates and uncheck for
automatic updates, then removed fx from my system and rebooted before
re-installing FX stub 19.02. Does anyone have a working link that will
assure me that FX will install FX 19.02? Thanks.
