When this happens to me, I just go out of the message, and right click it (use the applications key) in the mailbox, and there's a forward menu item there which can be used. Like Katherine said, it just happens, and I have no idea as to why; the other functions of the Outlook Enhance app still seem to be working as best as I recall.
