If this is an app for Window-Eyes then I should imagine it won't work in Windows 7 as for one it's now called Programs and Features and for two why have the app now as it works like any other Windows Explorer window. Just type the first few letters of a program, right click and you should be able to change or uninstall the program. Much better than the Xp way in my view. If you just want to uninstall just press enter on the program.

Am I right in thinking that control insert A should get me to the add or
remove programs feature in Window-Eyes which is better than doing it through
the control panel? Perhaps this feature is turned off in Windows 7, as it
did work for me in Windows XP. Could anyone advise?
