Are you still having a problem with Chase Bank?  W E 8.2 fixed that problem 
on my computers.  I have never used the quick pay link but I do use the 
transaction history links all of the time.

Manager let them know. This is a big red flag against WindowEyes on one of
the most powerful financial institutions on the planet with millions of
users every day including folks who pick which screen reader to use for
their clients both in and out of Government Agencies!
Very bad PR for GW.
To get it removed quickly will take someone with a llittle pull at Chase and
not, likely, one of the phone clerks.
