Short of using an OCR program, like Kurzweil 1000 or Open book, or Fine
reader, no. Window eyes only reads text, not images of text.

Subject: OT: Reading Text in JPEGs
Hi, all,
Sometimes, for my work, I need to read/revise text inside a JPEG.
Has anyone discovered a way to do this that works even half-way decent?
I have Kurzweil 12, but if I try to print a JPEG to their printer driver,
the results are unusable.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks for any help.
Cheers,
Tim
