Altcomes to accessibility.
Be aware that the software is not freeware. It is free to download and run
for a few weeks, but then cost a licensing fee.
Safe to Use? Well, I don't think there is too much risk in the software in
itself. But the Rar format, is quite vulnerable for damages, so many rar
files I have tried, did not make it through the compression and
decompression process. OK, WinRar can handle a long line of other formats,
and you might want to use it for those formats. Unless you are stuck with
some Rar files, you might find other packaging software, that are freeware,
and can handle things just as well. 7zip is one alternative to be
considered.
Yet, if you still want to give WinRar a try, you should be OK in doing so.
Personally I stopped using it, since I don't need the Rar format, and I
found the software somehow overdrive to run for other formats. Still, that
is my individual opinion.
hough I haven't tried the newest version, WinRar used to be just fine for

Subject: a quick question regarding winrar
Hi everybody,
I just have a quick question.
Have any of you ever heard or used a downloader program called Winrar?
I hear that it's supposed to make it easier to download archive files
and compress and decompress files. I was just wondering if it was
accessible with Window-eyes and is it safe to use? I haven't downloaded
it yet because I'm still trying to research it before using it. Thanks.
Mike
