I'm wondering if it's a window eyes issue? I have no problem logging in
with nvda.

This has been a problem for at least 6 months. It's interesting you can
nowlog in with IE 9 because I couldn't log in with any version of IE or
Firefox. The only way I could get in is through the book manager. After my
initial conversation with them, I haven't heard anything since.
