Hi Vic: If I understand you right, are you doing the cut and paste one cell at a time? If this is the case, there is a much simpler way to do it.
You don't even have to create the table in word. All you do is highlight the entire excel spreadsheet, then copy it and paste it into word. The table will automatically be created with the rows and columns displayed as they should be. I tried it one time and it worked for me.
