Hi Lynn,
press window key plus the letter d
press context key which is the key to the left of your right control key,
then arrow up twice to resolution and enter,
then tab twice now arrow left or right until you hear the setting you want. (please note that if arrowing left and right
does not change then try arrow up and down)
once you find the setting you want, just enter on ok.
