I can't remember for sure if Itunes is in the Factory settings or not.
But it's worth a shot of looking at least to see if it's there or not.
I can almost bet it's not in that, but you could look there.

In the newest version of ITUnes, I see the set files for Window eyes have not been updated. In the latest version, if you press f6 to d a search for something in the store, Window eyes says library button. After updating ITunes, is there a setting in ITUnes we need to turn either on or off to make it behave like the older version? I am helping out a friend as I have not installed the newest version yet.
