I ran my SpyBot this very morning, and had no issue. Basically, SpyBot is quite
mouse-extensive, so the best is to explore your screen with the mouse-keys.

Yet, a few Hotkeys can be helpful:
In the main screen,
Alt-C, will start the scanning process.
Alt-I, starts the Imunization process, and when finished, you can explore the
results with the mouse-keys.
Alt-R, will let you recover last repair (I have never needed to).
The Up- and Down-arrows, will scroll you through the buttons in the main menu,
and presseing Space or Enter will activate them.

Arrow down to Update, hit Enter. The Updater screen will open. Hit your Tab-key
once.

A list of servers will be displayed. Arrow down to the one you want to use, and
hit Alt-C (for continue).

A list of available updates will be displayed, by default all important ones
are checked. To start the download process, hit Alt-D. When finished Hit Alt-E
to exit the updater, and go back to the main screen.

When the scan has completed, press the Numpad-3, to put your mouse at the
bottom right of the screen. Now use the numpad-8 to go upward line by line, and
read the results. This is backward, but makes it far more quicker to find the
info you want, since it is all near the bottom of the screen. If any problems
were detected, they will already have been checked. All you need to do, is to
find the "Fix selected items" button, and left-click on it. But you will do
just as well, by hitting the Alt-F key, and then answering Yes at the
confirmation screen. Your issues will be fixed, and Spybot will leave you a
message confirming this.

hope all of this will help, if not, please get back and let us know what part
is not working for you.

Regards,
