For many of us, the Adobe Flash and Flash IE, has been a challenge. Specially since their updater tends to pop up a screen during boot-up, and the screen readers seem to have certain trouble in reading the buttons on that updater screen.
The general suggestion here, has been to get it from Ninite, since you then get everything installed and updated seamlessly in the background. Yesterday I had to build a Ninite installer for a new machine, and realized that I could no longer find the Flash on their site. Writing to the Ninite team, I am informed that they no longer are allowed to offer the Flash as part of their installers. Too bad, but that is how Adobe wants things. Just thought to let all of you know. When building new installers, you wil no longer be offered the Flash software from Ninite. And, far as I can see, existing installers you might have built in the past - which include the Flash - no longer will keep your Flash up-to-date. This means, you now will have to manually work out the updating process for Flash. At least, now you know the reason. :) If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
