I have windows 7, 64 bit WE 8.2, and use Office 2007. I have had spell check problems mostly in Outlook, but sometimes in Word It will get very, very sluggish and sometimes, speech stops. Sometimes if I wait a while, speech will return. I am unable to find a pattern. I have 2 computers with the same setup and it has occurred on both. Will the same command suggested below help with a dianostic? I was unclear what this command does. Does it create something to paste into a document? Please clarify.
Thanks. Barbara as well. -----Original Message----- From: Stephen Clower [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, June 18, 2013 6:33 AM To: Sahar Husseini Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: Spell Check in Word Sahar, Please send us a diagnostic report with Control-Alt-Q when you are in the spell checker, and we'll take a look to see what it reveals.
