Don't know if this has been reported before, or if it is only my computers that
play tricks. Several times, I have realized that WE does not properly load set
files. At least, if I am to go by the title line in the WE Control Panel.

Let's for instance say, that I open Internet Explorer. Then hit Ctrl-Backslash,
to bring up the WE Control Panel. It says something like IE.set, and associated
IE.set. So far, everything is OK. Now say I load Word, as a third window on my
computer. Once the Word screen appears, I would switch to the WE control panel,
but sometimes the title line still reports IE.set, and associated IE.set. I can
load several other applications, and sometimes the set files associated will be
loading, other times I have to alt-tab back and forth, to have WE 'recognize'
and load correct set file for the application.

Have seen this a number of times on my XP machine, and on Windows8 64bit, it
also happens. Well, at least on the WinXP machine, noone can blame it on any
UEFI security boot, so something else must be going on. Wonder if other people
have seen same behavior, or even happens to have any idea for a solution.
