Considering the popularity among blind users with Eset products, which would be 
more productive, do you think?  Writing a Window-Eyes script or contacting Eset 
themselves and telling them what is going on?

thats just the way it is.
but you can get some accessibility to some of the dialogs by opening the setup 
after the eset main screen is opened. then pressing f5 to open the setup screen.
arrow to user interface then to graphics and turn off the use of 
graphics,animated graphices etc.
