Well, I can say its definitely missed in later versions of IE. And as
far as Firefox goes, its a crapshoot as it works better on some sites
vs. others.
Having said all that, I seem to harken back to a post times 20, to
the effect of how the layout of IE versions 9 and 10, especially the
ribbons and such, made it virtually impossible for Window-Eyes to pick
it up. The odd thing about this sequence? Where it won't work in
actual IE environments, it works swimmingly in another aspect of IE, the
"view downloads" if ever you need to clear or cancel a download. Then
the mouse keys are great. Go figure.
