Move to the services tab of the task manager. Press the letter O and if Outlook.exe is there, stop that process. I got it from a mailing list. I tried everything - used the shift-delete key, move it to my deleted items, with no success. When I try to delete it, I get the following message: "Microsoft Outlook The operation failed. The messaging interfaces have returned an unknown error If the problem persists, restart Outlook. Outlook cannot open this. The item may be damaged. Run repare tool button." When I try to run the repare tool, I got a message which states that a file with the extention .psp is in used by another program. I've also closed Outlook and reopened it. Any solutions please? I can delete all other messages, but not this specific one.
