Hi. Aaron, your comment about not receiving e-mail through the Gw-info list while the site was down was indeed a guarantee. A good clue when the site came back online was the flood of e-mail asking whether or not if the site was down, Social eyes and on and on came in a deluge. I do agree with those who stated that unforeseen outages need to be better managed during an extended U.S. holiday such as this past 4th of July. On Friday, July 5, I tried to call Gw Micro to notify tech support of the outage only to have my memory refreshed by the recording notifying me of the holiday. Go figure.
Mike M P.S. For you historians, federal holidays were celebrated on the designated date. The last holiday I can recall not having an extended period was Memorial Day which was May 30, 1970.
