maybe Window-Eyes should tell, but there is a logic behind it.
WE will speak when the cursor moves and when there is one file, there is
no movement.

But: when you open the folder, the file is spoken.

You can also press the summery hotkye: ctrl-shift-s
to hear the selected file.

ctrl-num-5 will also work.
