Hi. I had this problem before on another computer, and now it's on my new one. When I press the Windows key on my Win 7 64-bit machine, I get the search box. One left arrow gets me to the shut down option, but I can get no further. The other options, the start menu and the rest, I can't get to. Anyone else have this problem, and hopefully a solution?
